Get next-level performance from your truck with BDS upper control arms (UCAs) designed for increased strength, durability and travel. These high-strength UCAs are built from 1.5-inch OD by .120-wall DOM tubing, fully welded with an indexed ball-joint cup to work with most leveling and lift kits. These UCAs come fully assembled with rubber bushings and premium quality Moog ball joints for easy install right out of the box.
BDS Suspension offers game-changing performance with coilover conversion systems for the 2001–2010 and 2011–2018 Chevy/GMC HD trucks and SUVs. The systems are designed to eliminate the factory torsion bars in favor of FOX 2.5 DSC coilovers. These systems provide increased suspension travel, improved ride and better capability. They’re offered in 4.5”/6.5” systems for the older HDs and 2.5”/6.5” systems available for the new HDs.
Our new 4.5-inch performance suspension system drops the upper and lower control arms down using boxed and gusseted UCA drop brackets and LCA cross-members. The design of this 4.5-inch kit allows it to be used on all three OE suspension configurations — cast steel, aluminum and stamped steel. To achieve a true 4.5-inch lift on the 2014 to 2018 GMC and Chevy four-wheel-drive trucks, we drop the lower control arms down using our high-clearance cross-members, which align flush with the factory cross-members for improved ground clearance. Next we drop the upper control arms down using boxed and gusseted drop brackets. The front portion of the kit includes laser-cut coil-over extensions, boxed diff and sway-bar drop brackets, and all necessary installation hardware. This 4.5-inch kit also includes an aluminum skid-plate to connect the front and rear CST LCA cross-members and to protect the front differential. The rear is lifted using hand-fabricated 3-inch lift blocks and zinc-plated u-bolts.
This Daystar lift kit will level the stance of your new JL and lift it two inches, giving you room for bigger tires and badder adventures. The kit comes with four kevlar-infused polyurethane spacers and includes lower control arms, sway bar links and extended bump stops. Made in the USA, this kit will allow you to run 35s on JL models, 37s on Rubicon models.
Built on decades of off-road racing victories, the Eibach Pro-Truck-Lift system combines a series of Pro-Lift-Kit springs and Pro-Truck Sport shocks to create a perfectly tuned suspension system engineered for both on- and off-road performance. Each Pro-Truck-Lift system is designed and tested to deliver maximum ride height without compromising the integrity of factory bushings, ball joints and other components. Using the same spring technology found in our ERO off-road race springs, the block-resistant Pro-Lift-Kit springs can be taken to the limit mile after mile, ensuring consistent performance and ride height. Matched with our heavy-duty Pro-Truck Sport shock system, this combination is capable of handling anything in its path. Precision shock valving allows compliance over large obstacles and control through rough terrain while also improving on-road comfort and performance.

Our Nylafiber Series rod ends are inspired by German manufacturing during World War II. The Messerschmitt loaded-slot design takes the standard loaded-slot design one step further. We injection-mold our NylaFiber material into the slots after the ball is inserted into the housing. NylaFiber is a specially formulated nylon (not 6.6 like our competitors) infused with fiberglass and impregnated with lubricants. This material won’t mash out from the housing even with a load against it. This rod-end design does not need additional lubrication or cleaning (it is practically sealed), and it will not get loose and sloppy like metal-to-metal parts. Because it does not have a separate race, you don’t have to worry whether the race is staked properly. These rod ends are also 10 percent lighter than other three-piece rod ends on the market. The LXM Series has a C1045 heat-treated chrome-plated steel body with a hard-chrome-plated bearing-steel ball. The XM Series has a 4130 heat-treated chrome-plated steel body, also with a hard-chrome-plated bearing-steel ball. The AM Series has a 7075 T6 billet-aluminum housing (clear anodized) with a hard-chrome-plated bearing-steel ball. Visit the website for available sizes.
No matter whether you’re running stock Walker Evans shocks or our Velocity Series shocks, we can improve your driving experience with a set of Walker links, which replace standard rear sway-bar links. These units provide a smoother initial ride over rough uneven terrain regardless of vehicle speed yet still give a confident feeling while cornering. With 1.5 inches of dampened action per side, your rear shocks will act independently until that point where the Walker link has collapsed enough to function as a rigid link under heavy loads and when cornering. You get the best of both worlds with these links, more independent shock action at the initial stroke and a solid support under heavy loads, in turns and when leaning on the sway bar. You can also tune your ride by installing one or both of these links depending on your driving style and terrain. Walker Links are now available for the XP1000, XPT, XP4, Turbo S and Can Am X3.
