Prepare for limits to be pushed even further on July 28th, 2022. Chevrolet recently just teased the Silverado ZR2 Bison, but today they teased that the refreshed 2023 Colorado ZR2 will be unveiled next month.
Little is known on the 2023 Colorado ZR2, but from the video, it looks to have some updated features. The exterior of the Colorado ZR2 also looks to have received a refresh.
The front of the Colorado ZR2 features a safari bar, but the video it does state that it may block the front camera affecting some features. This may be an add-on as it blocks the camera and we do not see Chevy pushing them off the lot with the bar.
The rear headache rack has also been updated. The rack now appears to have tubes that run the whole length of the truck bed.
Chevy in the video states “We pushed our limits, so you could too,” gives us some indication that there may be some suspension or tuning updates as well. In just over a month we will find out exactly what the next-gen Colorado ZR2 will be, until then we can sit back and imagine.
