The Ford F-150 is one of the most popular trucks to overhaul and prepare for dirt adventures. Camburg has taken their 2021 to 2023 F-150 4WD Fox 2.5 kit to the next level with their Fox 3.0 DSC Performance kit.
Camburg utilizes Fox’s 3.0 Factory Series internal bypass front coilovers with DSC compression adjusters. This uses Fox’s patented internal bypass design, which offers damping progression as they are position sensitive giving the truck considerably more bottoming control with a plush ride.
These also have Fox’s finned aluminum reservoirs with dual recirculating reservoir lines that aid in lowering shock temps under hard use. With Camburg’s upper control arms, these coilovers increase wheel travel and articulation.
After lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor, holding back your suspension’s performance. Camburg’s upper arms address these issues and more along with the choice of tubular and billet uniball arms depending on your budget and type of use.
Camburg was able to increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. They also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling on and off-road.
In the rear Camburg goes with a pair of Fox’s 3.0 Factory Series internal bypass shocks with DSC compression adjusters. Since these shocks are longer compared to the factory shocks they increase rear wheel travel and articulation. These also have Fox’s finned aluminum piggyback reservoirs with recirculating oil that aids in lowering shock temps under hard use.
