Menzies Shows Red Bull F1 A Good Time In ¡Vamos, Vegas!

Oracle Red Bull Racing's RB7 and Bryce Menzies' Trophy Truck show what they do best in preparation for F1 Las Vegas in ¡Vamos, Vegas!.

As the countdown to the inaugural Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix begins, Oracle Red Bull Racing offers fans a tantalizing preview with ¡Vamos, Vegas! In a city renowned for its vibrant energy and showbiz flair, Mexican racing sensation Sergio “Checo” Pérez demonstrates that the spirit of Las Vegas and Formula 1 are a match made in heaven.

Pérez meets Oracle Red Racing Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner in the elevator and begins to explain the night before. Pérez whimsically regales Horner with the details of his last 24 hours in the city that never sleeps as, from driving down the bustling Las Vegas Strip to racing on the scorched Nevada desert to the roof of a casino, no stone is left unturned in the revealing of his epic adventure.

“There is a lot of anticipation around the Las Vegas Grand Prix. It is one we are all very excited for,” Horner said. “A Saturday night race down the strip is going to be an amazing spectacle, and it speaks to the fun vibe this new race will bring. Filming the light-hearted ¡Vamos, Vegas! with Checo was the perfect way for us to prepare for what’s to come in November.”

What better way to make Red Bull F1 teammates feel welcome in Sin City than their off-road counterpart Bryce Menzies? Menzies meets Pérez on the casino floor at the roulette table, where they begin to bet on their respective vehicle numbers. After Pérez won, it was time to get behind the wheel and battle it out.

Menzies, with this Trophy Truck, and Pérez, with his championship-winning RB7 F1 car, tear up the Vegas strip and the desert. This is truly a one-of-a-kind video highlighting what each race vehicle can do and what they can do against each other.

This video is great for the motorsports industry as it introduces F1 fans to off-road and off-road fans to F1. Red Bull is a partner to the Las Vegas Grand Prix as all eyes turn to the city that never sleeps for the November 18th inaugural race.
